Burnout is often viewed as a wellness issue.
But it’s also a communication issue.
A leadership issue.
And ultimately, a systems issue.
I recently had the privilege of presenting The Burnout–Conflict Connection to a group of oral surgeons and dental specialists, exploring how stress, capacity, and nervous system state influence communication, performance, leadership, and team dynamics under pressure.
