With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved community member, Eurila Cave on August 21. Rila was a celebrated photographer and visual storyteller whose work beautifully documented Black life, culture, and community in Brooklyn. You can check out some of her work Eurila Cave

Eurila was also a cherished and familiar presence at Brooklyn Flow. We feel so fortunate to have shared space, movement, and community with her. We will deeply miss Rila’s warmth, spirit, and presence in the studio. We are holding her family in our hearts.

✨ KIDS YOGA IS BACK! ✨

Our kids + youth classes return the week of September 14!

We have three age-specific offerings designed to help kids move, play, create, build confidence, and develop mindfulness - all while having FUN.

🌱 Tuesdays | Kids Yoga | Ages 3–5
🎨 Wednesdays | Kids Yoga | Ages 6–8
🔥 Thursdays | Teen + Tween Yoga | Ages 11–15

Also, check out our monthly Family Yoga class, ages 4-10. For the safety of the classroom, each adult and child must be registered under their own name.

Our final Park Yoga of the season has been canceled due to weather. While we’re sad to wrap up our summer Sundays a little early, we’re so grateful for everyone who rolled out their mat with us in the park this season. 💚
