Meditation is as vital to one’s practice as Downward Dog. This Sunday Julie will share some of the theory of meditation to help enliven its practice, with each day offering a few different practices plus lively discussion.

No previous experience required. Please come in comfortable clothes for sitting. Chairs and back-jacks are also available.

Julie has been a long-time meditation practitioner. She continues to grow in amazement at how daily practice transforms daily living.
