cityWell brooklyn offers hydrotherapy, massage therapy, body treatments, acupuncture, classes/workshops. Our space is also available for private events/parties.

If you are looking for relaxation, increased energy and nutritional support you came to the right place! We specialize in therapeutic massages with an integrative comfort level while providing a calming and transformative experience. Massages have many benefits including stress relief, soothing aches and pains and facilitating the body's own healing process. We offer hot stone which is a luxurious and therapeutic addition to any massage. In keeping with our holistic approach to healing, we also offer wellness coaching, including lifestyle and nutritional suggestions, recipe ideas, exploring the right foods for your specific needs and health food store tours. Together, we will address the different areas in your daily life that affect your overall well-being as your career, relationships, exercise habits, food choices and spirituality. We also offer private yoga and meditation classes that can be modified for anyone. These ancient forms of mind body practices have been documented to relieve stress, increase body awareness and encourage healing while improving your sense of well-being. If you are new to yoga or meditation and have been intimidated in the past to a class, this is the perfect way to get started in a non-judgmental environment. It has been quite the time to be in Paris… 🇫🇷

I must say overall it has been pretty wonderful. I’ve had some friends and clients from BKLYN visit, seen some good art, dance and live jazz. Visited my favorite local Hammam (Turkish Bath) and eaten my fair share of œuf mayonnaise. All in all it has been a fairly soft landing.

Of course the unrest that many of you have seen and been asking about is present. But the city goes on, with its zest for life and leisure still ever present as the backdrop.

I am getting into the swing of work and life here launching my first version of the cityWell paris website this week! It has been a pretty step learning curve and a humbling one at that. But these are the things that help us grow, learn, evolve, and I am now ready to be working as a newly minted “French resident”.

I am so grateful to my team who is allowing for this to be possible, and holding down the fort so well in BK. If you have not stopped by in a bit it’s the perfect time to do so.

Liz has made her way to Paris to begin an exciting new chapter, bringing a piece of the cityWell experience her other favorite city. She’ll be back in BK over Thanksgiving to see clients, but in the meantime, cityWell brooklyn is open and in wonderful hands!

We’re lucky to have such an amazing team of massage therapists, each with their own specialties and approach. If you usually book with Liz, we invite you to use this time to discover another member of our team. You may just find a new favorite!

I have some exciting news to share ...

After many months of paperwork and preparation, I’ve received my working visa for France, which means I can now work in Paris offering massage bien-être (well - being massage).

This is the first major step of what I have been working towards and envisioning for more than 12 years, and one step closer to my dream of opening cityWell Paris!

Please try to book with me in the next three weeks~I will be working through Oct 4th. And if you find yourself in Paris during those months, you can visit me there!

It was a really great summer and a wonderful break…🌈

We are excited to welcome you back~ and I must say the space is looking especially cute after some TLC. 😉

Thank you to Bucky Hayes for working his magic and truly transforming the yard into an outdoor oasis.🤩🌸

So come savor these last days of summer, it’s perfect Pergola weather~ bring a book and or just laze in the hammock listening to the birds. It truly is a nature sanctuary for you all to enjoy. 🌱🌿

Roan will be back in the next few days & Marilyn will be rejoining the team on Fridays. We will be very happy to have them both back. 😊

Every day we are working towards reopening some of hydro amenities which have been on pause.💧

I cannot believe that it is already getting towards the end of August! I know that’s how many of us always feel as summer comes to its last, savored weeks, when we can move at a slower pace, enjoy some spontaneity, and longer, slower summer days/nights. 🌊 🌅

If you’ve been thinking about booking an outdoor massage or face + body treatment, or daydreaming about a Relax WELL Day, now is the perfect time to reserve something for September! Having some self-care on the calendar is a wonderful way to ease back into the change of season. ☺️

We will be doing some improvements on the space and getting it looking beautiful for the fall. I can not thank you enough for your patience with the hydro. This has been a much longer pause than anticipated - and I am so sorry for that- but hoping to be able to give you more info soon. Until then our backyard is beautiful and our massages and spa experiences are amazing. 💫

We hope to see you soon and please know we miss being able to provide our hydrotherapy and community sessions so much. Thank you for your understanding.

Arthur Askerov on guitar, Zachary Swanson on double bass and Yuko Togami on percussion, perform a mixture of jazz standards and contemporary songs.
