Women in menopause don’t lose discipline.

They lose strategies that work.

I see this almost everyday.

A woman cleans up her diet.

Starts meal prepping again.

Does all the “right things.”

Week one
 she drops a few pounds.

Week two
 nothing.

So she thinks the problem is her motivation.

It’s not.

The game changed.

And when you keep using the same strategy that worked years ago
 frustration replaces motivation real quick.

It’s not about “trying harder.”

It’s about identifying the **real root cause** behind why the weight accumulated in the first place.

Because you can do everything conventionally “right”


and still be treating the symptom instead of the cause.

Turning Negative into Positive When You Have a Bad Day

Honestly - it isn’t always as easy as just putting a positive spin on it.

Sometimes, you are just having a FREAKIN’ BAD DAY and are completely consumed by one derailment after another.

Before you grab your 3rd glass of wine

I have another solution for you (your body will thank me later)

‘Think outside the pretty pink box’

Let’s REFRAME those negative thoughts into positive ones, even when it seems like everything is going wrong.

Why Bother?

You don’t have to - but if you have any hopes of a better life, it can help maintain a positive attitude as you go through it.

Write Everything Down

Stop. Step back. Breathe. Write it down. Get out your journal and detail everything that has happened. This alone diffuses it OUT of your body to process later..

There is (Almost) Always a Positive Spin

It might be that you made a mistake. Learn from it. Try harder not to repeat. Use your super woman powers. This is GROWTH! Congratulations!

Remember, It is not what happens to you that defines you, but how you deal with it. (I know, you’ve heard this before but hey – why not try it?)
