Performed a Fluroscopy guided Transcoccygeal Ganglion of Impar block for a patient with Advanced Cancer of the Re**um with metastasis to the anorectal and pelvic floor muscles.
The contrast spread is limited by the tumor mass.If her pain returns, i will then do neurolytic alcohol injection to the gaglion of impar for palliative care.
Hopefully patient will not suffer from her terrible pain after my procedure ..
