The World Breastfeeding Week 2026 Opening Ceremony was successfully at Kathmandu Model Hospital.
Embracing this year's global theme, "Breastfeeding for a Sustainable Start in Life: Strengthen What Works," the week-long celebration was officially inaugurated with the aim of promoting maternal and child health, raising awareness about the importance of breastfeeding, and strengthening a breastfeeding-friendly environment.
