There isn’t some higher version of you that has to exist first before you’re worthy of support, softness, things working out.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to always trust, always believe, always “stay high vibe.”

Some days you’ll question everything.
Some days you’ll feel disconnected.
Some days you’ll do the opposite of what you know is good for you.

And still… you are not abandoned in those moments.

Support doesn’t disappear just because you’re struggling.
Guidance doesn’t turn away because you’re unsure.
Protection doesn’t leave because you’re not at your best.

So if today feels heavy, or messy, or a bit undone… you don’t need to fix yourself first.

Know that you are already being held through it🤍

To stop bracing for the next thing.

You don’t always have to be the strong one,
the calm one,
the one who knows what to do.

It’s okay if you’re tired.
It’s okay if you don’t have the answers right now.
It’s okay if you need a moment where you’re not “on” for anyone.

Softening doesn’t mean falling apart.
It means coming back to yourself.

Maybe today that looks like a quiet cup of tea.
A few slow breaths in the car before you go inside.
Saying “not right now” instead of pushing through.
Letting someone else hold something for a change.

You’re still held, even when you’re not holding everything together.

And you don’t have to earn your rest.
