🌿 A little update from me🌿

Following my recent accident and broken toe, I have now seen my doctor and have been advised to take a couple of weeks off to allow my foot to properly heal.
So, for the next couple of weeks I will be taking some time out to rest and recover🙌.

For those of you who are already booked in over the next couple of weeks, I will be in touch with you personally to arrange a future appointment time once I am able to return.

For anyone who has already prepaid for an appointment, your payment can be carried over to your next session with me. If you would prefer a refund instead, please just let me know. ❤️

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, loyalty and continued support. Also a huge thank you to everyone who has sent me such lovely messages, both here on my page and privately, and for your very kind offers of help. I really do appreciate all the kindness, care and support🥰🙏.

🌺Good morning beautiful peeps. Here are some photos of some walks I did before I broke my toe!

Halswell Quarry, Cashmere Hill, and Sumner beach where it happened. Being concerned about the seal (see the photos, the culprit), ringing DOC to report and check if they needed to come out, and then looking back at the seal and boom, tripped on sticking up wood embedded in the sand! Grounding went wonky!🦭😅😬👣.

💙 A little update from me💙

I had a wee accident recently and have broken my toe and I am currently assessing what I can and can’t comfortably do while it heals👣.

For the moment, I’m taking things a little more slowly and will be adjusting my appointments as needed while I see how my foot responds.

I will keep you updated over the coming days, and I really appreciate your patience and understanding while I give my body the time it needs to recover🙏.

Global icon and humanitarian, Dolly Parton, known to the world as a beloved singer, songwriter, philanthropist, actress, playwright, and author died peacefully today in Nashville, Tennessee. She was 80 years old.

Dolly is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years Carl Thomas Dean (1942 – 2025), her mother Avie Lee Caroline Owens (1923 – 2003), and father, Robert Lee Parton, Sr. (1921 – 2000).

A rhinestone life that shone bright enough for the world to see, Dolly will forever stand as an inspiration not only through her timeless music and prolific songwriting, but also her wit, warmth, and kindness that made us all feel like family. Dolly Parton’s legacy is one of love, compassion, and resilience. With a seven-decade career, she inspired multiple generations of artists and fans with her music and an unwavering commitment to making the world a better place. Her songs will continue to resonate with people of all ages, and her philanthropic work will have a lasting impact.

Good morning beautiful souls🌼.

💕This morning I would like to make a tribute to one of my long standing cancer clients who passed away on Saturday. I am not mentioning her name, due to respect for her friends and family.

🌿This beautiful soul came to me for reiki more than three years ago, she was told she didn't have much time to live. This is something she did not want to hear. No one wants to hear that. After being told that, she still believed she would make it overseas to visit family, and she did. I am so pleased she got to do that trip, and it was a joyous time for her🥰.

🌿She was brave, determined, courageous, and had such a wonderful attitude, although the journey I know was so tough for her. She shared how she felt, what she was going through, and really opened up to me about many things. I feel very honored, privileged and blessed to have known, and shared with her regularly for this time. She loved Shadow, he loved her. She had such a strong belief in holistic healing. It helped her get through some dark days, helped her emotionally, and gave her somewhere to rest and have peace. It gave her more time🙏.

🌿I am thinking of her so much, I am sad I won't see her coming to my healing room, I will miss her and the relationship we built, however I am glad she has no more struggles or pain. It was ok to let go. The reiki helps with the transitioning🙌.

I tuned into her yesterday before my walk, I felt her around me. I told her its ok now, ok to be free. Everyone here will be ok, and you can still be around in spirit. When I went for a walk, a beautiful fantail flew near me, just for a moment, and I knew it was her.

💕Rest in love and peace beautiful lady, I will always think of you, our friendship, and what we shared. Thank you for your trust, believing in me, and being so open to your healing. I dedicate daffoldils to you. I had these waiting for you, so I have sent them to you in spirit. You are in the arms of the angels now😇🌼🙌🪽❤️.
