Don't leave those niggles, aches & pains too long because its harder & more complicated to treat! Book in when your feeling good so you have a better chance of staying good. Aches & pains rarely "just happen" as you get used to your "norm" and you dont actually become aware of the red flags your body is telling you until it makes you wince in agony to get you to listen that you need a body work session. Makes me laugh when people say "oh its just old age" and they're 42; they look shocked when I say im 60 working 10 hour days in the Cottage doing deep sports massages. Age is just a number; its actually your dna and what you feed & hydrate your body with that matters even more than exercise...but im not one to lecture about that except to say beef & lamb & venison on your plate is medicine and all that water you guzzle through everyday is stripping your electrolytes, so top up your electrolytes everyday & gentle stretching... just be kind to yourself okay ♥︎ Love W
