Already to go yesterday at the Hug Your Inner Child Workshop at Hilltop Haven in Waiuku. The venue and food were amazing thanks to Helen Lees. We did a lot of learning, releasing, relaxing and experienced and witnessed inner child healing. :)

Such a privilege and an honor to experience Barbara Quigley Starke and her beautiful work at the Inner Child Workshop today.

It was an afternoon of learning new skills to calibrate our nervous systems and connecting with other beautiful souls.

Barb created a safe and welcoming space allowing free expression in the most calm and beautiful way.
