I used Linsey’s Yoga For Wahine online course to help me recuperate from a serious condition and also post operation for it.
I loved it!
Linsey’s style of teaching is very restorative. And her knowledge of what women really do need for their body, is impressive.
In my unwell state, I was able to do more in the classes than I thought that I could. And it was healing me on a very subtle level.
As well as the physical benefits, the profound reduction in stress levels is impressive.
Linsey has decades of experience with practising and teaching yoga. From beginners through to the deeper aspects.
I one hundred per cent recommend her style and knowledge of yoga. Yoga for Wāhine is a great place to start. And then to continue.
You will love it and what it does for you!
