Well... that was lovely. 💙

Last night's Relaxation Hour was another full house, and honestly, there is something pretty special about a room full of people giving themselves permission to pause.

For one hour, we put down the jobs, the responsibilities, the overthinking, and the constant doing. We settled in under the fairy lights, got cosy, took a breath, and let our nervous systems do what they're designed to do when they feel safe enough... relax.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined me at the Waiuku Yacht Club last night. It is always such a privilege to hold these spaces.

And a little heads up...

The last **two** Relaxation Hour sessions have been fully booked. ✨

If you've enjoyed the extra space in your day today, why not gift yourself another pause this Wednesday evening?

Join me for The Relaxation Hour at the Waiuku Yacht Club this Wednesday at 7pm. We'll spend an hour stepping away from the noise, the to-do lists, and the constant doing, and simply give your nervous system a chance to exhale.

The yacht club is especially magical in winter — warm, cosy, fairy lights glowing, and a room full of people choosing to pause.
