DOH: ISANG ARAW NA LANG, MAGPABAKUNA SA MR-SIA!

Protektahan ang mga batang edad 6–59 na buwan sa pamamagitan ng pagpapabakuna laban sa tigdas at tigdas-hangin sa MR-SIA.

Tandaan na ang MR-SIA ay hindi kapalit ng routine immunization.

Dalhin na ang inyong anak sa pinakamalapit na health center, BHS, ospital, o itinalagang vaccination post sa inyong komunidad.

Dahil sa Habagat, umabot sa ilang bahagi ng Luzon at Visayas ang haze mula sa forest fires sa Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Kung kailangang lumabas at walang N95, maaaring gumamit ng basang panyo o tela o double-mask bilang alternatibong proteksyon.

DOH: MAGING HANDA SA EPEKTO NG HAZE SA KALUSUGAN!

Dahil sa hanging Habagat, umabot na sa ilang bahagi ng Luzon at Visayas ang usok mula sa forest fires sa Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Maaaring magdulot ang haze ng hirap sa paghinga, pag-ubo, pananakit ng dibdib, pangangati o pagluluha ng mga mata, at paglala ng mga sakit sa baga tulad ng hika. Dobleng pag-iingat ang kailangan para sa mga bata, matatanda, at mga may dati nang sakit sa baga o puso.

Habang nagpapatuloy ang banta ng haze, mag-suot ng mask kung lalabas ng bahay. Alamin ang lagay ng hangin sa inyong lugar at unahin ang kaligtasan. Maging handa sa banta ng Haze!
