Today, the RSU Audio Visual Room was filled with vibrant energy as the Health Services Office hosted an insightful session on Healthy Lifestyle, Healthy Workplace!

We were honored to have Dr. Renato R. Menrige Jr., Municipal Health Officer of Ferrol and Dr. Deogracias S. Muleta, Provincial Health Officer I, share crucial takeaways on managing and preventing Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus. Keeping our heart healthy and blood sugar in check is truly the ultimate power move for a long, happy life!

Adding to the momentum, Ms. Karylle F. Deoso, RN Ms. Ma. Cresil Anne D. Fallaria,RN and Ms. Lujane Mariño led an engaging talk on what it takes to build a truly supportive workplace environment. They reminded us that a safe, healthy workplace isn't just a physical space but also a mindset that helps us all bring our best selves to work every single day.

A huge thank you to our incredible speakers and everyone who participated onsite and joined online. Let’s keep taking care of ourselves and each other.

We are beyond proud to announce that the 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗥𝗖𝗬𝗖) is officially the 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to submit its complete accreditation requirements in 𝗥𝗦𝗨-𝗦𝗙𝗖! This marks the beginning of an exciting journey as our council enters a 𝟮-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 under the accreditation process—a crucial step toward building an active, empowered, and safety-conscious youth movement on campus.

Our vision is simple yet vital: 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗦𝗨𝗶𝗮𝗻 to be proactive, resilient, and emergency-ready. Disasters and emergencies can happen at any moment, but with the right skills, knowledge, and community spirit, we can 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.

As we step up to lead, we are inviting 𝗬𝗢𝗨 to step up with us. Whether you want to 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲-𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗶𝗱, 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀, or simply give back to the student body, there is a place for you in our council.
