آج ڈرگ انسپکٹر بونیر ہارون رشید نے تحصیل چغرزئی کا دورہ کیا اور ایک موبائل سپلائر کے قبضے سے غیر رجسٹرڈ جنسی ادویات کی بھاری مقدار برآمد کرلی۔ برآمد ہونے والی ادویات میں Sildenafil، Tadalafil، Vi**ra 100mg، Vega 100mg، Sulpiride Capsules اور Cobra 100mg شامل ہیں۔
مذکورہ موبائل سپلائر ضلع سوات سے ضلع شانگلہ کے راستے تحصیل چغرزئی، بونیر کے مختلف علاقوں میں غیر قانونی طور پر ادویات سپلائی کرنے میں ملوث تھا۔
صبح تقریباً 9 بجے شاہدسر ٹاپ پر موبائل سپلائر کے خلاف کارروائی کی گئی۔ چھاپے کے دوران مبینہ طور پرsuspected جعلی Femila انجیکشنز سمیت ایسی دیگر ادویات بھی برآمد ہوئیں جن کے ساتھ مطلوبہ قانونی وارنٹی یا مجاز دستاویزات موجود نہیں تھیں۔
اس کے علاوہ گاؤں ٹوپئی، شاہدسر ٹاپ، گل بندی اور گاؤں اسنئی میں پانچ میڈیکل اسٹورز کا بھی معائنہ کیا گیا۔ ان کارروائیوں کے دوران Pregabalin کی بھاری مقدار، ڈاکٹرز کے لیے فراہم کردہ ایسے نمونے جن کی فروخت ممنوع ہے (Physician Samples – Not for Sale) اور دیگر کنٹرول شدہ ادویات بھی برآمد کی گئیں۔
برآمد شدہ ادویات میں سے دو نمونے ٹیسٹ اور تجزیے کے لیے حاصل کرلیے گئے ہیں، جنہیں ڈرگ ٹیسٹنگ لیبارٹری (DTL) بھجوایا جائے گا۔
حکام کے مطابق تمام خلاف ورزی کرنے والوں کے خلاف ڈرگز ایکٹ 1976 کے تحت سخت قانونی کارروائی عمل میں لائی جائے گی۔

Today, the Drug Inspector Buner Haroon Rashid conducted visit to Tehsil chagarzi and recovered a bulk quantity of unregistered aphrodiasics Drugs including *Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Vi**ra 100mg, Vega 100mg, Sulpiride capsules, and Cobra 100mg* from a mobile supplier.
The supplier was involved in the illegal supply of medicines from *District Swat via District Shangla to Tehsil Chagharzai Buner*.
The mobile supplier was raided early in the morning 9am at *Shahdesar Top*. During the raid, *suspected spurious Femila injections* and other *drugs without proper warranty/authorization* were also recovered.
In addition, *05 medical stores* were inspected in *Village Topai, Shahdesar Top, Gulbandi, and Asenai village*.
A *bulk quantity of Pregabalin , physician sample ( not for sale) and other controlled drugs* were recovered from these premises.
Two sample were taken for test and anylisis and will be send to DTL.
*All violators will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the Drugs Act, 1976.*

بو نیر میں Pregabalin and other narcotics controlled drugs miss use کے خلاف کامیاب آگاہی مہم
ڈرگ کنٹرول ٹیم،کیمسٹ اینڈ ڈرگسٹ ایسوسی ایشن (پی سی ڈی اے)،
فارماسسٹ اور میڈیکل سٹور مالکان کے تعاون سے Pregabalin کے غلط استعمال کے خلاف کامیاب آگاہی مہم جاری رہی۔
اہم پیغام:
* ✔ بغیر مستند ڈاکٹر کے نسخے کے Pregabalin فروخت نہیں ہوگی۔
* ✔ نوجوان نسل کو نشہ آور ادویات کے نقصانات سے محفوظ بنانے کے لیے تمام کیمسٹ برادری متحد ہے۔
* ✔ قانون کی مکمل پاسداری اور ذمہ دارانہ فارمیسی پریکٹس ہمارا عزم ہے۔ اس طرح کی آگاہی اور ضابطہ کار مہمات غیر ضروری اور غیر طبی استعمال کی روک تھام میں اہم کردار ادا کرتی ہیں۔

ادویات کے غلط استعمال کے خلاف مہم کا آغاز*

*ڈرگ کنٹرول بونیر* اور *پی سی ڈی اے* نے مل کر کنٹرولڈ ادویات کے غیر قانونی استعمال کے خلاف خصوصی مہم شروع کر دی ہے۔
اس سلسلے میں ایک اہم میٹنگ منعقد ہوئی جس میں میڈیکل سٹور مالکان اور فارماسسٹ کو ہدایات جاری کی گئیں کہ:
1. کنٹرولڈ ادویات صرف ڈاکٹر کے نسخے پر فروخت کی جائیں
2. غیر قانونی فروخت پر سخت کارروائی ہو گی
آئیے مل کر بونیر کو منشیات سے پاک بنائیں۔

*Drug Inspector Buner Conducts Inspection of Medical Stores in Tehsil Mandanr*

Buner: The *Drug Inspector Buner*, along with office staff, conducted inspections of *12 medical stores* in Ambela, Nawagai, Khanaodheray, and Torghar Road, Tehsil Mandanr.

During the inspection:
- *5 medical stores* were challaned for operating without a valid Drug Sale License.
- *2 medical stores* were charged for purchasing Pregabalin and narcotic drugs without proper warranty/invoice.
- *1 medical store* was charged for improper storage of TT vaccine at room temperature instead of the required 2-8°C.

All cases have been forwarded to the *Provincial Quality Control Board* for further necessary action.

The Drug Control Department reiterates its commitment to ensuring the safe and legal sale of medicines and strict action against violations.

_Drug Control Buner inspected 24 premises in the last week.
A bulk quantity of Indian unregistered aphrodisiac drugs was recovered from one premises in Tehsil Chagharzai.
8 medical stores were charged for operating without a valid Drug Sale License and for involvement in the sale of narcotic drugs without a Narcotics Sale License.
A total of 4 samples were collected for testing and analysis.
Furthermore, 8 cases were decided in the Drug Court and a fine of Rs. 198,000 was imposed at the Camp Court in Swat.
