The clocks changing just plunged us into darkness! And honestly it’s a head f!!!!

How is it only 7:30pm!!! Yet it feels like 9pm

So many wellness and fitness influencers give advice based on then living in a hot climate 365 days a year but it’s just not the reality of living in the UK

The winters are long dark and damp. So no your advice of getting sunlight when you get up in the morning does not work here

Have something to look forward to in the future, spend time with your loved ones, laugh hard with your friends , do lots of yoga (ofc) in a heated environment and bonus if you have a little baba nephew you can cuddle

It’s hard and long but I’m here for you I get it! 🤍

Yoga is the heart and soul of but we come with extras. The kind of classes, workshops, challenges and retreats I always saw in city’s but never where I lived so I decided to create it myself instead

I’ve done a complete 180 on my life but it wasn’t easy there was days I wanted to quit these past 3 years. I’d re apply for jobs and even went to job interviews and then question my entire life decisions after (one was even at plouise 🤣)

I’m only 26, I’m young , I’m a baby , I don’t have it all figured out and tbh I don’t plan on having it figured out. I lead with my own intuition

None of it was easy but it wasn’t hard either

Everyday I just put one foot in front of the other even if it’s a baby step on the days I feel like sometimes how long is this going to take. These 3 years have changed me for who I am forever
