Experience matters. Evidenced based practice matters.
Nowadays where everyone has a “certification” for everything — seemingly everyone’s an “expert”.
Despite my credentials and experience - clinically and personally, I despise the word “expert.”
Expert implies mastery and I truly believe we are always learning. Works in progress.
I’m still walking my path, still learning and growing.
As part of my process I sought a proven, best in class certified coaching program to enhance my skills and bring needed professionalism into a crowded space of equine assisted services.
When you’re looking for a collaborative partnership whether this includes horses or health and wellness coaching, the quality and time required to learn and practice matter.
Ask details about the time spent, how long did it take you to complete that course? How much practice hours were included?
I’m proud to say that every certification course I’ve taken was through that lens.
I don’t take it lightly how privileged I am to witness and be invited into vulnerable spaces with horses and humans.
Have a question? Ask me. I’m an open book.
Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep grinding.
