Filing an ADA lawsuit used to cost a $5,000 retainer. Now it's about $20 a month.

Any resident who can't renew a permit or read a council packet can draft a federal complaint in an afternoon. Pro se ADA filings rose roughly 40% last year.

DOJ moved your Title II deadline to 2027. It didn't move how long you're hard to sue.
