Throughout the week, kids will learn how to:
• Understand and express emotions in a healthy way
• Manage stress, frustration, and overwhelm
• Make thoughtful decisions and set boundaries
• Build empathy and navigate social situations
• Strengthen communication and relationships

This is a supportive space where kids can grow, practice, and build confidence in real time -- and the best part? The kids will be having so much fun that they won't even realize the work they are actually doing. Double win👌
