This is how I envision our retreat. 🌼

Entering into a space that supports us, nourishes us, and opens us to receive…

and emerging covered in abundance.

Just like this little bumblebee….entering the flower and leaving covered in pollen. 🐝✨

Harvesting what has already been blooming within.

There is something powerful about being in a place where you get to choose where your attention goes.

No notifications. No rushing from one thing to the next. No constant pull toward what needs to happen next.

Just space to notice. To breathe. To listen. To be present with yourself and with the world around you.

This is one of the things I love about our retreat — creating the space to step away from the noise and turn your attention toward what’s been waiting for you underneath it all.

That’s what I’m looking forward to at Harvesting Your Inner Abundance this September. 🌿

If you’re constantly “on,” doing all the things, and feeling the pressure to keep going, even when you’re exhausted, this workshop is an invitation to pause.

Learning to Receive: Embracing a New Way of Being 🌿

Together, we’ll explore what it feels like to slow down, release urgency, and simply be.

Through grounding breathwork, gentle yoga, journaling, reflection, and meditation, we’ll notice where tension and striving live in the body and explore what it feels like to soften, receive, and be supported.

We’ll also draw from the wisdom of yogic philosophy to explore why receiving can sometimes feel difficult, and what becomes possible when we reconnect with ourselves.

You don’t need to arrive knowing how to slow down.
You just need to be willing to pause.

✨ Saturday, September 12
✨ 1–3 PM
✨ Camaraderie, Ambler

Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, present, and connected to yourself.

One of my philosophies as a yoga teacher is that yoga is for everyone.

If it’s something that’s been on your heart and you’ve been wanting to add yoga into your routine, I really believe it’s just a matter of finding a style of yoga, a style of teaching and a studio that resonates with you.

There are so many different styles of yoga and so many different ways of teaching.

And if you’ve tried yoga before and it didn’t feel like it was for you, I would just encourage you to try again. Try a different class, a different teacher, a different style.

Because you are also the expert on you.

You know your body. You know what feels good and what doesn’t. And I think it’s important to trust that.

If something doesn’t feel good or a particular class doesn’t resonate with you, it doesn’t mean you’re not fit for yoga or that you’re not good at it.

Maybe that particular practice just isn’t for you.

And that’s okay.

There are so many options. Keep exploring until you find what feels good for you.

What I am most excited for?

Women coming together!

I see this over and over so many times in my work - how powerful gathering is. And yes, there’s other things I’m so excited for..

✨Being at the Himalayan Institute
🥙Eating food prepared for us
🌳Being outdoors
🧘‍♀️Yoga

but the most is the women. Gathering! Being together! Sharing!

THIS IS Inner Abundance and what we’ll be gathering this season.

The kind of abundance that can’t be measured, but can be deeply felt. 🍂

Today I had a conversation with friends about inner abundance, and one thought has stayed with me:

Not everything that matters can be measured.

We live in a world that celebrates what can be counted… our accomplishments, productivity, income, milestones, and the next thing to strive for.

But what about the things that can’t be measured?

✨ Feeling at home in yourself.
✨ Trusting your own inner wisdom.
✨ The resilience you’ve built.
✨ The peace you’ve cultivated.
✨ The relationships that nourish you.
✨ The quiet ways you’ve grown that no one else can see.

As we begin moving toward fall, I keep coming back to the idea of harvest. Nature doesn’t compare one tree to another, it simply gathers what has ripened.

Maybe we’re invited to do the same.

Instead of asking, “What haven’t I accomplished?” perhaps we can ask, “What has quietly grown within me that deserves to be acknowledged?”

What is one way you’ve experienced growth this year that can’t be measured? 🍂

Have you ever noticed how hard it is to simply receive?

So many of us move through life constantly doing, giving, fixing, planning, and carrying. We stay “on” for so long that slowing down can feel unfamiliar AND even uncomfortable. 😳

This workshop is an invitation to explore another way.

Together we’ll gently slow the nervous system through grounding breathwork, accessible yoga, reflection, and meditation. We’ll explore where striving and overefforting live in the body, why receiving can feel so challenging, and what begins to shift when we allow ourselves to soften and be supported.

Rooted in the wisdom of yoga, this isn’t about doing more, it’s about creating space to reconnect with yourself.

You’ll leave with a deeper awareness of the patterns that keep you in constant motion and a felt experience of what it means to receive.

If your body has been asking for a pause, this space was created for you. 💗

🍅 Summer is ripening and so are you.

We’ve entered a new phase of the season. Nature is no longer focused on growing taller; it’s becoming fuller, richer, and more mature.

Over the next few weeks, our classes will explore what it means to let your practice ripen through consistency. You may notice a steadier breath, greater balance, a calmer mind, or simply a deeper connection to yourself.

Yoga Sutras remind us:

“Practice becomes well established when attended to for a long time, without interruption, and with sincere dedication.” — Yoga Sutra 1.14

Join me on the mat as we move through summer’s ripening season together. 🌿

✨ Yoga + Acupuncture ✨

In the middle of our busy weeks, it’s easy to keep moving without taking a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.

Join us for a special evening combining restorative yoga and acupuncture with Katie and Lee.

Together, we’ll create space to slow down, release tension, and support the body’s natural ability to find more balance and ease.

This evening is an opportunity to step away from the busyness and experience the grounding benefits of gentle movement, acupuncture, and intentional rest.
