There is a time and place for both big phrma and for supplements.
I have ALWAYS RECOMMENDED that people who want to take supplements, make sure to look to see if their supplements are 3rd party tested for purity and ingredients.

This holds especially true when it comes to your health, fitness, or weight loss goals!

๐Ÿ‘‰Saying "no", "no thanks", or "thanks, but I'm good" in regards to work life, home life, and social life.

This is beyond true.

When I'm not working with clients, I'm working as a critical care paramedic on a rural 911 service that has about 3,000 calls a year. We do 911s and transfers.

I have been a Critical Care Paramedic for 14 years now.

I have gone on SO MANY nursing homes and assisted living facility calls, that I lost count in my first year of being a Paramedic.

๐Ÿ’ฅAnd I can tell you, I NEVER want to be in one and I will DO EVERYTHING I can to avoid EVER having to be in one because of the things I have seen.

You know who I don't see in nursing homes or assisted living homes?
๐Ÿ‘‰People who have taken care of their health.
๐Ÿ‘‰People who have been consistently active with exercise for the majority of their lives.
๐Ÿ‘‰People who have taken their nutrient needs, seriously for the majority of their lives.

Now, can people who have done everything in their power to have a healthy life, end up in nursing homes and assisted living facilities?
Absolutely, because there are certain things and events that are out of our control.

But we can sure as f**k try to stay as healthy and independent as we can through our health choices and habits.

You have the time to invest in yourself and create the habits needed to reach your goals.

Perception: We f**k up our perception of time when we don't have a fu***ng plan.

Planning: Having a plan for our habits and schedules helps us deal with the negative impacts of comfort and complacency.

Comfort: Learning how to be uncomfortable and pushing the envelope is what helps us achieve our goals and push past the anxiety of "what if's ".

Anxiety: This can be one of the most debilitating feelings that can set us back if we don't take the steps to manage it. Anxiety can be one of the major causes of people yo-yoing with their exercise and nutrition habits.
