Muscle testing in action 💪

Muscle testing is one of the most direct ways I assess how the nervous system is firing. It helps me identify muscle imbalances, compensation patterns, and both new and old injury sites that may not show up on standard orthopedic tests alone.

I use muscle testing as part of every examination and before adjustments so the correction can be more specific to what your body actually needs that day.

Within the muscle tests, we can also perform different variations to determine whether the issue is coming from the spine or from the joint itself — for example, the shoulder. This helps us pinpoint the true source so the adjustment is even more precise.

Did you know? Myotome testing evaluates specific nerves and spinal segments. That’s why we test multiple muscles — we’re mapping which nerve pathways and spinal levels are working properly (and which ones aren’t).

☀️ Summer days are made for moving outside 🌿🐾

Today's workout was all about soaking up the sunshine with my favorite workout buddy—my hubby—plus Mac, who never misses a chance to join in, and Jarvis, who made sure to supervise the whole session from his catio😂❤️

One of the best things about summer is taking your workouts outside. Fresh air, sunshine, good company, and a little movement can do wonders for both your body and your mind.

We wrapped it all up with a delicious, nourishing dinner to refuel after all that fun💪🍽️

I am so excited to announce that Sirius Snacks now has its very own page! 🎉

First and foremost, I want to say thank you to everyone who has supported both Sirius Transformations LLC and Sirius Snacks. Your encouragement, referrals, purchases, kind words, and continued support mean the world to me and my husband. We truly couldn't do this without you.

I'm also thrilled to share that both businesses are continuing to grow! 💙

Sirius Transformations LLC is expanding into a larger space at KLV Properties LLC, and I can't wait to share more details with you. Stay tuned for updates on personal training openings, new classes, and exciting opportunities that are on the horizon.

What started as a small dream has grown into something far beyond what I ever imagined. Watching Sirius evolve and blossom has been an incredible journey, and it wouldn't have been possible without this amazing community and support from friends & family standing behind us every step of the way.
