At this time, our previous back line is currently unavailable. If you’ve been using that number to reach us, please call our main office line at (864) 261-8985, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Our patient payment portal is also temporarily unavailable. If you need to make a payment, you can:
• Call our office during regular business hours to make a payment over the phone
• Mail your payment
• Stop by the office, and we’ll be happy to assist you in person

We are continuing to work through the remaining issues and truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we get everything back up and running.

📢 A Note to Our Foster Orthodontics Family

As many of you know, we are currently transitioning to a new phone system and patient charting system. While we're excited about these upgrades, we're still working through a few kinks. We want to sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding—not only over the past week, but also over the next few weeks as we continue getting everything running smoothly.

If you've left us a voicemail and haven't received a response, we truly apologize. We are working hard to make sure no message goes unanswered.

We are also aware that our online payment portal is currently experiencing issues, and some payment links may need to be resent. In the meantime, we are happy to accept payments over the phone, in person at our office, or by mail.

If your appointment was rescheduled or changed within the last week, we kindly ask that you give our office a call to confirm your appointment updated correctly in our new system. We've been monitoring everything as closely as possible, but during a transition like this, a few things may have been missed.

We truly appreciate your grace, patience, and support as we navigate these changes. Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible while continuing to provide the exceptional care you deserve.

Office Update — Foster Orthodontics

Due to ongoing conditions, Foster Orthodontics will have a delayed start tomorrow. We will begin seeing patients at 10:00 AM.

Foster Orthodontics will be opening on a delayed schedule tomorrow. All appointments have been moved back, and messages have been sent to notify our patients.
