It’s been 18 years since I was first introduced to massage therapy, and 16 years since I decided to make it my life’s work by going to Arizona School of Massage Therapy. Two decades of learning, hands-on practice, and helping people move without pain have shaped everything I do at Function Massage.

At Function Massage, I specialize in a modality built around functional movement and targeted pain relief. We don’t just chase symptoms. We assess how your body moves, release restrictions in the tissue, and restore range of motion to address the root cause of your pain.
