Let me tell you something about testosterone that most doctors don't.
When you get your levels checked, they compare it to a ""normal"" range. And if you fall anywhere in that range, you're told you're fine. Case closed. Nothing to see here. But that normal range is based on the lowest levels found in a general population of men, including a lot of men who don't feel good at all.
Think of it like grading on a curve where a D-minus still counts as passing. Technically fine. But not how you want to feel.
Research tells a different story. Men in the low normal range, the ones Standard Medicine says are fine, actually have significantly higher health risks than men in the optimal range. Real differences in energy, mental sharpness, heart health, and overall quality of life.
Most labs set the bottom cutoff around 300. But the data suggests men feel and function much better well above that. That's why we don't just check if you're in range. We look at where you are compared to where you could be. Because there's a big difference between not being flagged as deficient and actually feeling good.
