POV: Me checking my phone every 3 minutes hoping my clients suddenly text me that their bloating disappeared, energy is through the roof, hormones are balanced, skin is glowing, and they finally had a perfect bowel movement 😂

Yesterday was one of those hard days. The kind that leaves you questioning if you are doing enough, giving enough, or getting anything right at all. I felt like I was failing as a mother.

Homeschool is hard. Motherhood is hard. Healing is hard. There are beautiful days and there are really heavy days. But I think those hard days have a way of showing us something important — just how far we’ve actually come.

Healing doesn’t happen overnight. Growth doesn’t happen overnight. Neither does building a strong family, a healthy body, or a resilient mind. It happens little by little, through the messy moments, the setbacks, the tears, the lessons, and the days where you want to quit but keep showing up anyway.

Sometimes the hard days are also an opportunity to pause and see where small changes may need to be made. Life is a journey, and there will always be ups and downs that help fine tune your path along the way.

Whether it’s motherhood, homeschooling, or your health journey — don’t let one difficult day convince you that you’re failing. Hard seasons often reveal the growth we couldn’t see in the easy ones.

The idea that low FODMAP = “fixed” is where a lot of people get stuck. It can calm symptoms… but it doesn’t solve the WHY.

If you’ve been told this, I need you to hear this:

Low FODMAP can reduce symptoms…
but it does NOT fix SIBO.

It’s a band-aid, not the root cause solution.

Because SIBO isn’t just about food 👇

There are moments as a mom that just stop you in your tracks…
This was one of them 🤍

Watching my daughter publicly declare her faith in Jesus was something I will never forget.

I talk a lot about getting to the ROOT—
healing the body, supporting the gut, balancing hormones…

But this is the true foundation.

Because no amount of “perfect nutrition” replaces:

✨ Identity
✨ Purpose

This weekend reminded me—
we aren’t just raising healthy kids…
we’re raising hearts that know Him.

Not bad cholesterol.

Thyroid adaptation.

Reverse T3: slightly elevated (aka break pedal)
