Five years in New Jersey and she still didn’t know a single OB-GYN provider to ask. 😮‍💨

Primary care? She handled that herself.

The U.S. spends about $20 billion a year training medical residents. Nursing workforce development gets $300 million total, and only part of that reaches clinical training.
Medical schools have hospital affiliations. Nursing schools mostly don’t. So NP students end up running a full-time recruiting operation they were never supposed to run, cold-emailing strangers, paying out of pocket, and sometimes delaying graduation by a year.
