3 years ago this month, I started The Healing Rose LLC as a part-time dream while still working my full-time corporate job. I had no idea where the journey would lead, but I knew in my heart I was being called to something more.

Last fall, I took the leap and stepped into this work full-time. Looking back, I’m so grateful I listened to that quiet voice that kept nudging me forward, even when it felt scary and uncertain.

Over these last 3 years, I’ve had the honor of supporting and holding space for so many incredible people. Seeing others find hope, healing, clarity, and a deeper connection with themselves has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

What started as a dream has grown into so much more than I ever imagined, and I’m excited for what’s ahead. One of the things I’m especially looking forward to is launching The Healing Rose Sanctuary a space centered around healing, connection, spiritual growth, and coming home to yourself.

This journey has taught me that dreams don’t always happen overnight. Sometimes they begin with simply taking one step, trusting the next, and believing in yourself even before you can see the whole path.

If there’s something on your heart that you’ve been dreaming about, let this be your reminder that it’s never too late to begin. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to take the next step.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, trusted me, encouraged me, and cheered me on along the way. I am so grateful. 💗

This week in sessions, I’ve worked with clients on things like:

🌹 emotional overwhelm
🌹 relationship stress
🌹 grief/heavy emotions
🌹 nervous system exhaustion
🌹 reconnecting with intuition
🌹 learning to trust themselves again
🌹 grounding and energetic healing

One of the things I love most about this work is watching people leave feeling lighter, more clear, more connected, and more supported.

Sometimes people just need a space where they can fully exhale for a moment.

What a beautiful weekend at Mayfest. 🌙✨

This weekend gave me the opportunity to connect with so many incredible people through readings, conversations, shared experiences, and genuine heart-centered connection. I left feeling deeply grateful, inspired, and reminded why I love this work so much.

There’s something really special about being in a space where people feel safe enough to open up, reflect, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Every person who stopped by my table brought their own energy, story, and wisdom, and I truly appreciate every interaction.

I also had so much fun exploring, meeting other practitioners and vendors, and soaking in the overall energy of the weekend (and yes… the henna tattoo definitely came home with me 😄🌙).
