MNsure open enrollment begins November 1st. Be sure to claim your new account. This applies to you if you have Medical Assistance, MNcare, or a Qualified health insurance plan and live in the state of Minnesota.

Current MNsure customers: Have you claimed your new account yet? You'll need to use the one-time access code sent by email from [email protected] or mail to set up your new username and password.
