WHO are we fundraising for?

While we have more fun events coming up during our October fundraising month, we want to shine a spotlight on WHO we’re raising money for and WHY it matters! 💚

Created by Lori Best Yeager in 2020, The Hope for B.E.S.T. is dedicated to raising awareness and supporting individuals facing mental health challenges through education, compassion, access to resources, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.

💚 To date, Lori has raised $72,000 for Avon Local Schools! These funds support a community of thousands of students, hundreds of teachers, and the administrators, social workers, school psychologists, counselors, and coaches who play an important role in students’ lives.

Because supporting a child’s mental health takes a village. 💚

The programs funded by The Hope for B.E.S.T. support not only students, but also their parents and school staff—helping ensure everyone has access to the tools, resources, and understanding needed to support children’s mental well-being.

When families, educators, and students work together, we build a stronger support system where every child has the opportunity to thrive. 💚

🥊 This October, we’re proud to HIT for a cause that hits close to home. Every dollar raised helps support a mission that impacts our local community in meaningful ways.

This October, we are proud to come together as a community to support The Hope for B.E.S.T. and their important mission to raise awareness and provide support for individuals facing mental health challenges.

Their mission is about education, compassion, access to resources, and empowering communities to prioritize mental well-being while breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. 💚

As a community of women who believe in lifting each other up, we know that being strong isn’t just about physical strength. It’s also about taking care of our minds, supporting one another, and reminding people that they don’t have to face this struggle alone.

Throughout October, we’ll be raising funds to support The Hope for B.E.S.T.- and we’d love for our HIT community, friends, family, and neighbors to join us! 🥊💚

$25,000 Raised💚❤️!!

What an incredible event of community, connection, and purpose!

This past Saturday, September 19 our annual event brought together an amazing group of supporters who believe that every student deserves access to the mental health resources, tools, and programs they need to thrive.

Together, we successfully raised $25,000 to support mental health awareness and expand resources and programs for the students in our local community🙌

This milestone is more than a number- it represents hope, support, and a community coming together to make a difference❤️

To every donor, sponsor, volunteer, partner, guest, and supporter who helped make this even possible:THANK YOU!!!🙏🥰

Because of YOU, we can continue working toward a community where students know they are not alone and we help is within reach.
