✨ INTEGRATIVE HEALTH & WELLNESS CENTER & WILD LOTUS WELLNESS STUDIO✨

What started as a vision by Anne Nemec, PT, has grown into a unique health and wellness community in Baker City. 🤍

In 2013, Anne founded Integrative Physical Therapy with a passion for treating the whole person, not simply a diagnosis. Her vision was to create a place where traditional healthcare and complementary wellness approaches could come together to support health, balance, function, and overall well-being.

In 2019, Integrative Physical Therapy moved to its current location, and Baker City Float Center was born, the first float center in Northeast Oregon. From there, Anne continued growing her vision, adding wellness services, practitioners, and healing modalities.

In 2023, Integrative Health & Wellness Center was created, bringing Integrative Physical Therapy and Baker City Float Center together under one umbrella. 🌿

🌿 AND THEN CAME WILD LOTUS WELLNESS

Founded in 2018 by Desiree Macy, Wild Lotus began as a yoga and wellness space focused on movement, empowerment, connection, and community.

In 2025, Wild Lotus Wellness and IHWC joined forces and began a collaborative partnership, expanding into the neighboring building and creating a dedicated yoga studio and additional wellness space. Together, we now have 10 treatment and wellness rooms plus a dedicated yoga studio.

Today, Wild Lotus adds Buti Yoga, Yin Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Sound Baths, special events, workshops, and more. 🧘‍♀️✨
