The face of a proud and tired shaman 🥲

I’ve spent the past week recording Rooted, my “new” ancestral healing course.

In just three sessions I recorded three and a half hours of video lessons. Recorded, edited, uploaded, and PUBLISHED 👏🏽

I say “new” because I’ve secretly been sitting on this project for a year. But ya girl got it done today 🥹☀️

It has been such a blessing to step away from the expectations of “healer” into the role of healing teacher. I’m so grateful to my students for trusting me on this path, allowing me to guide them along this journey and share some of the wisdom that’s been passed down to me

You’re not lazy, you’re not unmotivated, and you’re not off track…you’re just fckn exhausted.

Sometimes we treat ourselves like machines, but even machines need to recharge. And unlike actual machines, we’re just human y’all. Given the state of the world, even breathing, thinking, and feeling can take a lot of energy 🤷🏽‍♀️

If you’re tired, let this be a loving reminder for you to check in with yourself. Something in your life is asking for extra attention and care.

One of my clients said this after going through the first module of Soft & Sovereign, and it stuck with me.

So many of us are carrying truths we’ve never actually had validated out loud.

This work isn’t about adding more to your to-do list, but about bringing to the surface what you’ve always felt deep down but couldn’t figure out how to say.

Something small happens but you’re overstimulated and under-resourced so it turns into a whole mountain or tornado or a fiery tornado blazing through a mountain and now suddenly the whole day feels off and not worth it.

Anyone else know that feeling? 😅

We have more power than that. One moment doesn’t have to define the entire day unless you let it.

Shift your mind, shift your perspective, shift your day.
