Spent some time at the barn today and got to watch the farrier work her magic—trimming hooves, working on the horses’ feet, and giving some of them brand-new shoes. 🐴❤️ She comes out about every five weeks, and I’m not always there on the days she’s at the barn, so it was nice to catch up, say hi, and chat while she worked. I loved hearing about some of the things she’s been dealing with lately and what she’s been seeing with horses at other barns. I always love learning more about horse care topics!

What an incredible day at the Paws & Planet Charity Event in Carol Stream! 🐾❤️

It was such a pleasure meeting so many wonderful dogs of every age, size, and breed—and I even had one curious cat stop by my booth! 🐶🐱 Every furry friend made my day a little brighter.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat with me. I truly enjoyed all of our conversations and was so encouraged by the genuine interest in learning how natural products can help support the health and wellness of our beloved pets. I'm grateful for the opportunity to share what I do and appreciate the warm welcome and enthusiasm from this amazing community.

Looking at this photo still tugs at my heart. 💔 Seeing your dog so uncomfortable and not knowing exactly how to help is something I wouldn't wish on anyone.

At first, all I could see were the itchy, inflamed skin and constant discomfort. But over time, I learned that the skin wasn't the real problem—it was my dog's way of telling me something deeper was out of balance. His gut needed healing.

Through an elimination diet, identifying his food triggers, and supporting his gut with the right nutrition and probiotics, everything began to change. He still has the occasional flare-up, but now I understand why it happens and how to help him recover much more quickly.

That journey is exactly why I'm so passionate about helping other pet parents. Next Wednesday, I'll be hosting a small, in-person class on the pet gut microbiome and how it impacts allergies, skin health, digestion, and overall wellness. My goal is to empower you with knowledge so you can better understand what your pet's body may be trying to tell you.

🚨 Air Quality Alert for Our Animal Friends 🚨

With air quality at unhealthy levels today and tomorrow, it's important to take extra precautions for both you and your pets. Smoke and poor air quality can put added stress on the respiratory system, especially for our more vulnerable companions.

🐾 Pets at higher risk include:
• Brachycephalic (flat-faced) breeds like Bulldogs, Pugs, French Bulldogs, Boston Terriers, Shih Tzus, and Persian cats
• Senior pets
• Pets with heart or respiratory concerns
• Young puppies and kittens

Tips for getting through the next few days:

Keep all windows and doors closed, and don't forget to close your fireplace damper if you have one.

Diffuse doTERRA Air-X® as part of your home wellness routine. Always diffuse in a well-ventilated area, give your pets the freedom to leave the room, and discontinue use if they seem uncomfortable.
