🐾 A SPECIAL PUPPY YOGA IS COMING... and this one is especially close to our hearts. 🐾

Many of you know Sam—the amazing human who helped bring Puppy Yoga to our community and has helped so many rescue pups find loving homes over the years.

After moving to Tennessee, Sam found a frightened stray dog seeking shelter near her mailbox. She stepped in to help and soon discovered this sweet girl was pregnant. Fast forward a few months, and Sam is now caring for TEN adorable puppies while covering the costs of food, vet care, training, and everything in between.

So we’re doing what our community does best: showing up. ❤️

Join us July 11 & 12 for a special Puppy Yoga fundraiser filled with movement, puppy cuddles, laughter, and the chance to support these precious pups as they search for their forever families.

🐶 20-minute Puppy Yoga sessions
💲 $12 per person
🐾 Multiple session times available
🏡 Puppies available for adoption

If you’re interested in adopting, please email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) to become a pre-approved adopter. We want every puppy to find the right forever home.

Whether you come for yoga, puppy snuggles, adoption, or simply to support a friend who has given so much to rescue animals, we’d love to see you there.

There’s so much happening around Zen Loft Collective this weekend! ☀️

Tomorrow, you’ll find Emily and Kelly at the ! Stop by to say hello, learn about upcoming classes and events, and while you’re there, treat yourself to a chair massage with Emily. 💆‍♀️

Just steps away from the market, Kris will be leading our Empowered Strength class along the river at 9:45am. Even better? Supervised play for kids is available inside the studio while you move, strengthen, and enjoy the beautiful morning outdoors. 💪🌿

Then from 11am–1pm, we’re hosting Puppy Yoga! 🐶🧘‍♀️ There are still a few spots available, and the best part is that a majority of ticket sales support . Come get your puppy snuggles, enjoy a little movement, and help a great cause.

And while it isn’t pictured, we can’t forget one of our favorite weekly traditions—Slow Flow with Sierra on Sunday at 9:30am. The perfect way to slow down, stretch, breathe, and reset before the week ahead. ✨

🐶✨ Puppy yoga is back this weekend at Zen Loft Collective! ✨🐶

Join us for 20-minute puppy yoga sessions from 11am–1pm filled with movement, cuddles, laughter, and lots of puppy love 💛

This special fundraiser supports Dog Rescue R Us Northern Illinois, helping rescue pups find the loving homes they deserve.

🕚 Sessions run from 11am–1pm

🐶✨ WHAT A DAY ✨🐶
Nearly 200 amazing humans joined us for Puppy Yoga today—families, couples, little ones, birthday celebrations, solo joy-seekers… all coming together for one beautiful cause.

Together, we raised over $1,500 for Dog Rescue R Us and sent their puppies home with an incredible donation of cozy linens. 💕🐾

Thank you to everyone who showed up, shared the event, laughed, stretched, snuggled, and helped make such a big impact. This community is truly something special.

And a very special shoutout to all the parents who stood firm and did not take home another dog today 😅👏💗
