📚 Children’s Storytime Yoga is back TWICE this week!Join Miss Allie on Wednesday + Friday for movement, stories, songs, games and plenty of fun geared towards ages 2–5.

🐶 PUPPY YOGA is next Sunday, August 16!
Our adoptable puppy friends are taking over the studio from 10–12:30 for 20-minute sessions filled with yoga, puppy snuggles and lots of smiles. All ages + experience levels welcome!

And a few things you may not know about our space…

💕 FREE childcare is available during select classes — because sometimes the hardest part of taking an hour for yourself is figuring out what to do with the kids.

💆‍♀️ Massage appointments are available right here in the studio, too!

🎉 Need a space? Zen Loft Collective is also available for private rentals — birthday parties, showers, workshops, meetings, celebrations and more. We love seeing the space transformed for your events!

Day 1 of Puppy Yoga was everything we hoped for, and we can’t thank everyone who came out enough. ❤️

We’re back tomorrow for Day 2, and we’d love to see you there! There are still a few spots available, so grab a friend (or the whole family) and come spend 20 minutes surrounded by adorable, adoptable puppies—all while helping support their care.
