The Final Countdown...
As most of you know, Rimi and Angelica are hosting Nourish Cacao Retreat in Sedona Arizona this August.
We only have a few weeks left to join!
This is more than just a retreat. It is a moment for you to reconnect, replenish, and remember all parts of yourself.
Focused on awakening the Sacred Feminine within, we will journey with Cacao and the wisdom of the land, creating space for deep insight, healing, and connection. As I continue to work with Cacao and women, I witness so many patterns that pull us out of alignment with our own inner knowing and nourishment.
Do you know that feeling when you spend your entire day giving to everyone else, only to find that by the end of the day, there is little to no energy left for yourself?
Or the exhaustion of carrying everything for everyone around you—trying to solve every problem, hold every emotion, and tend to every need, even when it was never yours to carry?
We pour so much of ourselves into our families, friends, communities, and work that we often find our cups empty, feeling depleted, disconnected, and unsure of how to return to ourselves.
But we are meant to be in relationship with our own being too.
We need moments of emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental replenishment. We need to witness where our energy, attention, and power are being given away and lovingly call those parts back home. This is how we fill our own cup to then be able to support others from a full embodied space.
When we disconnect from our own nourishment, we begin to lose touch with our intuition, our inner peace, and the wisdom of the Sacred Feminine—the place within us that knows how to receive, trust, create, and simply be.
Join us for this 3-day, 4-night journey beneath the moon and stars, held by the ancient land of Sedona, in sacred connection with Cacao and one another.
Together, we will sit with Cacao, sing with her, listen to the whispers of the land, and remember the light, wisdom, and love that have always existed within us.
