At 19 years old, this patient wanted to enhance her breast size and achieve a fuller, more shapely appearance. After discussing her goals and implant options with Dr. Sanchez, she chose over-filled Mentor saline implants.

One factor in her decision was warranty coverage. Currently, silicone implant warranty programs are not available for patients under age 22, making saline implants an attractive option for some younger patients.

At just 4 months post-op, she is already showing beautiful fullness, upper pole projection, and improved breast shape. Her results will continue to soften and settle as healing progresses over the coming months.

After losing more than 160 pounds over 2.5 years through hard work and dedication, this patient was left with excess skin that prevented her from fully enjoying her transformation.

To help her achieve her body contour goals, Dr. Sanchez performed a circumferential tummy tuck, also known as a lower body lift, to address excess skin around the abdomen, waist, and lower back. He also performed a breast lift with placement of 475cc Motiva silicone implants to restore breast shape, position, and fullness.

At just 3 months after surgery, her results already show a smoother, more contoured silhouette and improved overall balance. As swelling continues to resolve and scars mature, her results will continue to improve.
