This patient underwent body contouring in stages. During the first procedure, Dr. Erick Sanchez performed a standard abdominoplasty to remove excess abdominal skin and tighten the underlying muscles. Nearly two years later, she returned for additional contouring. At that time, Dr. Sanchez performed 360 liposuction to further sculpt her waist and transferred fat to the hips and buttocks to enhance shape and balance. Photos were taken 3 months after the second-stage procedure.
