What actually happens when you call us.

We schedule a free in-home consultation. A certified mobility consultant comes out and looks at the real space, because photos and phone descriptions never tell the whole story.

For a ramp or a stairlift, it is mostly measurements and it does not take long. For a platform lift or an elevator it is a longer conversation, with electrical and layout to work through.

Either way the visit costs nothing and you do not have to decide anything that day.

Two details on this one that people miss.

First, the handrails run continuously the full length. Not in sections with gaps, all the way.

Second, that platform at the bottom is a turnaround. It means nobody has to reverse a wheelchair down a slope to get off.

Both are standard on our modular ramps. Neither is standard on a ramp somebody builds in a weekend.

This looks like an ordinary set of steps. It is also a wheelchair lift.

At the touch of a button the treads rise and stack into a flat platform, and the platform carries somebody straight up.

It is called the FlexStep. Four synchronised motors, safety barriers, battery backup.

One machine, one doorway. Nobody in the family has to use a separate entrance.
