Baby boy Java is growing like a w**d, such a big boy. Happy and healthy and loves being outside in the arena with "Momma Shay" and Aunt Mazy the Mule to play during the day 💙💙💙

A very nice day on the farm, a few new students with Ms. Madison during the day, and in the evening we worked with active military and staff members letting them learn how to lunge and the reasons for and sometimes importance of lunging with Ms. Sarah. It was a great day! 🇱🇷🇱🇷🐎🐎🐎

We here at A Broken Spur Riding Academy would like to wish one of our current students, Connor who is part of the Special Olympics West Virginia and Raleigh County's Fab 5 a Good Luck! Connor is going to Nationals for Bocce Ball. While its not horses... lol.. we recognize Connor in all his hard work and dedication no matter what sport. Connor is on his way to Minneapolis. We wish him and all his teammates great success! Good Luck guys!

Today we observe Juneteenth National Independence Day which commemorates the news of the Emancipation Proclamation finally reaching Galveston Bay, Texas, on June 19, 1865, thus bringing an end to slavery in the United States. It is a day for both celebration and reflection as we continue to work towards greater equality for all.
