Advances in laboratory science give us opportunities to improve how we measure hormones.

After years of research, development and validation, ZRT transitioned its salivary and dried blood spot steroid hormone testing to LC-MS/MS, a highly specific analytical method that allows individual steroid hormones to be distinguished and measured across a broad concentration range.

In a recent ZRT webinar, Laboratory Founder and CEO David Zava, PhD, discussed the science behind this transition, the evolution of hormone testing methodology, and what greater analytical sensitivity, specificity and precision mean for hormone measurement.
