For the last 3 years, Emma has been a vital part of our West Side family. As a Pharmacy Technician, Prior Authorization Specialist, and Patient Care Advocate, she works tirelessly behind the scenes. Whether she is battling insurance companies for your coverage or managing our inventory so your medications are always ready, she always puts you first.

To her, "The West Side Way" means doing whatever it takes to ensure our patients never go without, and never have to navigate their healthcare journey alone.

We often talk about "Less waiting, more living." Today, we are reminded of the weight behind those words. We are able to gather with our families, run our business, and care for our community because someone else gave their "today" for our "tomorrow."

Today, we pause. Not just as a pharmacy, but as a group of people with our own families, our own histories, and our own heroes.

Whether it’s a grandfather who never talked about his service or a sibling currently away from home, we all carry a deep, quiet gratitude for the sacrifices made so we can enjoy the lives we have today.

At West Side Pharmacy, our mission is to care for our community, but today we take a moment to be grateful for the ones who cared for our freedom. To every family currently missing a loved one: we see you, we honor you, and we thank you.

While Luther, Trent & Darion continue to do great work in our non-sterile lab, they have also been working tirelessly toward a new milestone for our pharmacy: our sterile lab.

We’re just down to the final few steps now.
