McKendry led a hands-on cutting class for our associates, because haircuts are a craft, and craft takes practice. Notice we said hands-on... not just watching, teaching, or reading about how to give a great haircut. We had the associates actually getting in there, doing the work, getting feedback in real time, and doing it again.

We invest in our team this way because it matters to us that every client who sits in our chair gets someone who has been prepared. This is WHY we created the Associates Program. This is WHY continuing education is so important to us. This is what the Bella experience is built on.
