This patient underwent a closed rhinoplasty. The result is a refined, more feminine profile, a softer and more defined tip, and a nose that finally fits the rest of her face.

Tired eyes are rarely one problem. They're usually two: excess skin and lost volume happening at the same time. This is a total eye rejuvenation, upper and lower blepharoplasty to refine the lids, paired with fat grafting to restore the hollows. Removing and replenishing in one plan is what makes the result look rested. Dr. Diaz also elevated the corner of the eyes slightly to create a natural looking version of the "fox eye."
