Three months post-op and this patient isn’t just looking great, she’s living differently. Swipe ➡️

No more neck pain. No more back pain. No more sitting out of the activities she loves. A breast reduction changed the way she moves through her day, and results like this remind me exactly why I do this work.

Breast reduction is one of the most life-changing procedures I perform and one of the most underestimated. If large breasts are affecting your quality of life, you don’t have to just live with it.

Yes 👍 please take everything I prescribe, exactly as directed. Your post-op medication protocol is designed to manage pain, prevent infection, and reduce swelling. Running out isn’t something to push through. Call my office and we will make sure you have what you need. Never stop a prescribed medication without checking with us first.

Nobody wants to talk about this one, but they should. Narcotic pain medication, which many patients need in the first few days after surgery, slows your digestive system significantly.

Most of my patients can shower within 48 to 72 hours after surgery, but this varies depending on your procedure and how your incisions are healing. The key is no soaking — no baths, pools, or hot tubs until I clear you. A gentle shower is very different from submerging your incisions in water.

This depends entirely on what procedure you had. After explant or a breast lift, I want you in a specific surgical bra for several weeks before transitioning to something with more structure. Going back to an underwire too soon can compromise your results and your comfort. When in doubt, ask us before you make the switch.

Save this for when you need it — and send it to someone who has a procedure coming up.

What makes the difference between a good and a great explants surgery? In some cases, it's all about the breast lift.

Weight loss before surgery? Great question!

For many of my patients, the biggest transformation isn’t just physical. The relief from chronic neck, back, and shoulder discomfort can be significant, and many find themselves naturally becoming more active afterward simply because movement feels easier.

There’s a reason breast reduction patients are often some of my happiest patients.
