A transformation that goes far beyond the scale. ✨

Weight loss journeys are personal, and every before-and-after represents the commitment, consistency, and life changes that happen along the way.

Weight loss surgery can be a powerful tool for the right patient, but the work doesn’t end with surgery. It’s about building habits and creating changes that can be maintained for the long term. 🙌

So proud to be part of journeys like this.

Individual experiences and weight loss results vary.

Pain after eating isn’t something you should just ignore. 👀

There are several possible causes, including ulcers or gastritis, but one of the things we may want to evaluate is your gallbladder, especially when discomfort occurs after heavier or fatty meals.

Gallbladder problems can cause pain beneath the right ribs and, in some cases, repeated episodes can lead to inflammation or complications that require treatment.

The important part is figuring out why you’re having the pain rather than continuing to push through it. If discomfort after meals keeps happening, it’s worth getting evaluated.

Two journeys. Two different timelines. One decision to make their health a priority. 💙

Nearly one year into her journey, she’s lost 51 pounds. Just eight weeks into his, he’s lost 50.

But listening to them talk about their experience, the numbers are only one part of the story.

For her, it’s getting back on the tennis court three to four times a week and feeling like she has her life back. For them as a couple, it’s supporting each other through a major lifestyle change and celebrating the milestones together.

We’re honored to have earned their trust and to be part of both of their journeys. 👏

Same woman. A completely different chapter. 💙

Photos like these represent so much more than a physical transformation. Behind them are the decisions, lifestyle changes, challenges, and milestones that make up an entire weight loss journey.

Weight loss surgery can be a powerful tool, but the work continues long after the procedure. This transformation reflects her commitment to making lasting changes and prioritizing her health.

Seeing our patients step into a new chapter and celebrate how far they’ve come is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

We’re incredibly proud to have been part of her journey. 👏✨

Losing weight can actually make gynecomastia more noticeable. Here is why:

Weight loss removes fat. But gynecomastia is glandular tissue and the two behave completely differently. For some men, as the fat decreases the glandular tissue that was previously hidden underneath becomes more obvious and more apparent.

So if you have lost a significant amount of weight and your chest still does not look the way you want it to, that is not a failure. That is biology.

The good news is there are surgical options to remove the glandular tissue and give you the defined chest you have been working toward. DM me.

A before and after can show the physical transformation, but it can’t show everything that changed along the way.

For this patient, weight loss surgery was the beginning of a much bigger journey toward prioritizing health and creating lasting change.

These results represent commitment, consistency, new habits, and a lot of hard work long after surgery day.

Weight loss surgery is a tool, and every patient’s experience is different. Seeing our patients reach milestones they once thought were out of reach is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Congratulations on an incredible transformation! 👏

If your voice keeps getting hoarse or giving out, the problem might not start with your voice. 👀

Acid reflux can sometimes travel high enough to irritate the throat and vocal cords, potentially contributing to symptoms like hoarseness, frequent throat clearing, or changes in your voice.

And here’s what surprises many patients: you don’t necessarily have to experience classic heartburn to have reflux-related throat symptoms.

Persistent voice changes can have many possible causes, so if you’re experiencing them regularly, it’s worth discussing with a medical professional to determine what’s actually going on.
