Our location also includes The Loft at Be Well, an upstairs studio designed for smaller classes and personalized instruction.

Join sisters Katie + Annie for a special Happy Hour Yoga Sculpt & Burn Pop-Up on Thursday, June 11 at 5:30PM. We’ll start with 20 minutes of yoga flow and light-weight sculpt led by Annie, focusing on mobility, balance, and mindful movement. Then Katie takes over with challenging full-body strength blocks designed to leave you feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.

Expect 50 minutes of upbeat music, great energy, heat (~85°), a final stretch, and cold lavender towels to cool down afterward. Drinks and bites will be provided right after class.

Cost: $20 • VIP Members receive 15% off • Unlimited Members receive 10% off
