The sky is stirring...

It’s not calm.
It’s not settled.

And if you’ve been feeling a little all over the place - mentally busy, emotionally sensitive, easily overwhelmed - you’re not imagining it.

We’re in a moment where the mind is active and the heart is wide open.

And that combination can feel like:

thinking nonstop but not finding relief

feeling deeply but not knowing where to put it

wanting connection, but also wanting to run
..There’s nothing wrong with you if today feels like too much.

Your nervous system is trying to process a lot at once.

So instead of asking yourself:
“How do I fix this?”

Try asking:
“How do I support myself inside of this?”

Because this isn’t a moment that needs more effort.

It needs gentleness.

It needs less pressure to figure everything out.

It needs small, simple returns to your body:

a deeper breath
your hand on your heart
feeling your feet on the ground
letting one moment be enough

You don’t have to resolve your relationships today.
You don’t have to make big decisions today.
You don’t have to understand everything you’re feeling.

You just have to stay with yourself while it moves through.

There’s a pull right now to look outside of yourself for balance—for reassurance, for clarity, for peace.

But the real work today is quieter than that.

It’s the practice of coming back in and reminding your body:
“I’m here. I’m safe enough. I don’t have to abandon myself in this moment.”

Let today be less about doing it right…
and more about not leaving yourself when it feels hard.

Introducing Yoga at Beyond Breathing: These classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

If you’re just beginning, or feel a little intimidated stepping into a studio space, you are especially welcome here—there is no “getting it right,” only showing up as you are. We move slowly, intentionally, and with awareness, weaving together:

• Gentle, Hatha-inspired movement
• Somatic awareness + nervous system support
• Breathwork
• Sound healing

Every session is an invitation to reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supported, and sustainable.

All bodies are welcome here.
All identities. All levels. All lived experiences.

Classes are kept intentionally small to preserve the intimacy, care, and individualized attention this work deserves. Registration is required.

These classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re brand new to yoga or deep in your practice. Introductory Summer Packages (June + July only)

• 8 Sessions — $144
• 10 Sessions — $175

Sessions may be used for yoga, breathwork, and sound healing classes.
(Not valid for workshops or special events.)

Packages must be used within June or July.

Monday

5:15 PM — Grounded Flow
A slow, steady practice to anchor you back into your body and the present moment.

6:30 PM — Monday Melt
A restorative sound healing experience to soften the body, regulate the nervous system, and invite deep, supported rest.



Tuesday

6:30 AM — Adaptive Flow (Chair/Adaptive • Virtual)
Supportive movement and breath for all bodies, meeting you exactly where you are. (Coming Soon!)

7:30 AM — Morning Embodied Flow
An awakening practice to gently energize, open, and connect breath with movement.

10:30 AM — Sound + Stillness
A restorative sound experience designed to settle the nervous system and invite deep rest.



Wednesday

9:00–10:15 AM — Open Studio
A spacious, self-guided container for movement, rest, or integration at your own pace.



Thursday

6:00 PM — Breath + Body
A breath-centered practice to regulate the nervous system and reconnect inward.

7:00 PM — Resonance + Integration
A multi-sensory sound healing immersion for deep restoration and energetic reset.

We’ve got just TWO classes left for the school year and this week we’re making ice cream in a bag! Join us at Playfully Wild! to play in our yard and make ice cream in a bag (dairy and dairy-free versions available).

This program is for children and their caregivers and meets at The Moss House Preschool, 183 Riverside Drive in Binghamton. Parking is in the back, behind the building. Donations are welcome and will be used for our Keep Camp Affordable fundraiser.
