CPR isn’t just a medical skill. In a cardiac emergency, anyone can be the difference before professional help arrives.

Parents, caregivers, neighbors, coworkers and friends are often the true first responders. When more people are ready, more lives are saved. If you see a teen or adult collapse, call 911 and push hard and fast in the center of the chest.

Yesterday, The Pulse Finders was awarded the "Impact Award" at Birmingham Promise 2026 End of Year Awards Celebration.
I'm so thankful for this recognition, and it's truly an honor to receive this award.

At The Pulse Finders, we believe that investing in the next generation is just as important as the work we do in our communities. This was our 1st time partnering and sponsoring a student intern. This opportunity was very rewarding, allowing us to provide hands on learning, mentorship, and real-world opportunities that help prepare future leaders for success.

I'm especially proud of my intern Aniya Harris (Ramsay HS), for her hard work, dedication, and growth throughout this journey.
