For professional soccer players, getting back on the pitch after an injury takes patience, dedication and the right team behind you. ⚽️💪

After suffering a fractured radius during the 2025 season, Birmingham Legion FC midfielder Sebastian Tregarthen faced months away from training and competition. With support from UAB Sports & Exercise Medicine, he worked through surgery, rehabilitation and a gradual return to play.
