Round 2 practice client openings are now available!

I’m continuing my training in Touch Skills for Trauma Therapists and opening another round of donation-based practice sessions.

These are 45-minute sessions using gentle, trauma-informed, touch-based support focused on nervous system regulation.

Areas I’m currently practicing with include:
- Generalized dysregulation, hypervigilance, fight/flight/freeze patterns
- Chronic bracing, constriction, or muscular tightness
- Constricted breathing
- Internal or external scar tissue, especially with pulling, numbness, or restriction

Sessions may take place seated or lying down.

- A couple of sentences about what’s been going on and what you’d like support with
- Your preferred date/time (please suggest more than one option)

You will receive a consent form, confirmation, and more directions if scheduled.

A few notes:
- Appointments are first-come, first-served
- Donation-based via cash and Venmo
- Only one appointment, per person, at a time
