Treasure Valley Hospice is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our hospice division in the Treasure Valley area. We are currently hiring for either part-time or full-time opportunities.

This role is perfect for someone who believes in providing meaningful support, guidance, and advocacy for patients and families during some of life’s most important moments.

❤️What we’re looking for:
• Compassionate, team-oriented professional
• Passion for end-of-life care and patient advocacy
• Strong communication and emotional support skills
• Hospice experience preferred, but heart and dedication matter most

✨ We also have opportunities available for a Bereavement Coordinator to help support families through grief and healing. This could be a dual role for the right person!

Meet Celeste Christiansen!

Celeste is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner who recently returned to her home state of Idaho to join Treasure Valley Housecalls after working in the medical field for more than 20 years in Utah. She has extensive experience caring for patients with complex medical needs and spent 15 years in rehabilitation medicine working with stroke, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury patients. Celeste is passionate about holistic and palliative care as well as helping individuals with chronic illness achieve the best possible quality of life.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and five children, running, gardening, the arts, and exploring Idaho’s outdoors with their two dogs.
